The manufacturing base for cryogenic storage tanks and tankers covers an area of 200,000 square meters, of which the workshop area is 60,000 square meters. The office area has a complete R&D, design, marketing, procurement management and training center. The production area is divided into four major manufacturing workshops: heavy-duty workshop 1, small equipment manufacturing workshop 2, assembly workshop and Anjietong workshop. , manufacturing process, the production capacity reaches 1500 units/year of storage tanks, 1250 units/year of tank trucks and tanks, and 1300 units/year of Anjietong.
The base mainly produces liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, LNG, carbon dioxide, liquid hydrogen storage tanks and tankers, marine tanks, Anjietong small low-temperature gas supply stations, engineering tanks and various gas filling station products. Among them, the heavy-duty workshop has a single-span crane that can meet a maximum of 140 tons of product suits, and can produce a maximum of 700 m³ of low-temperature storage tanks with a horizontal turnover length of 30 m. The company cooperates with famous gas companies at home and abroad such as American AP, German Linde, Messer, French Air Liquide, Yingde Gas, Ganghua Gas, China Gas, ENN Gas, China Resources Gas, as well as PetroChina, CNOOC, Sinopec, Shell, etc. A long-term friendly cooperative relationship has been established, and the products are well-known at home and abroad.

The main processes such as cylinder rolling, inner longitudinal seam welding, flaw detection, inner ring alignment, flaw detection, pressure test, filling and baking, wrapping suits, helium leak detection, and vacuuming are all completed on the assembly line, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tower. At the same time, it is equipped with a three-dimensional warehouse with automatic entry and exit mode, which can store 4,000 gas cylinders at a time. Accurate positioning through barcode and storage location, one-key operation, greatly improves production efficiency.
