Land area:

  • The tank and tanker facility covers an area of 200,000 square meters.

  • The production area is divided into four major manufacturing workshops: Heavy-duty Equipment Workshop 1, Small-scale Equipment Manufacturing Workshop 2, Final Assembly Workshop, and Microbulk Workshop.

  • Each of the four major workshops employs distinct, high-quality processing and manufacturing techniques.

Production Capacity:

  • Annual production capacity: 2,000 storage tanks, 1,600 cryogenic tankers and tank containers, and 1,500 Microbulk tanks.

  • Heavy-Duty Equipment Workshop 1 is capable of manufacturing cryogenic storage tanks up to 1,000m³.

  • The facility is equipped with an extra-large external heating chamber, enabling the production of large-volume super insulation cryogenic tanks.

Cryogenic Cylinder Base

Land area:

  • The cryogenic cylinders base covers an area of 36,000 square meters, including 15,000 square meters of factory buildings.

Production Capacity:

  • Achieved several landmark breakthroughs in the industry: one of the early vacuum-insulated cryogenic cylinder production lines established in the industry, and among the first to launch cylinders for LNG applications.

  • One of the earliest domestic cryogenic equipment manufacturers to obtain E-Mark certification for cryogenic equipment manufacturer.

  • Independently developed China’s first large-capacity 950L cylinder for heavy-duty trucks; pioneered the rib-reinforced manufacturing process for vehicle cylinders nationwide, reducing the weight of a single cylinder by 50 kg.

Smart Digital Workshop:

  • With a total investment of 320 million yuan, it is currently the most technologically advanced cryogenic cylinder production line in China. It features a high levels of automation, intelligence, and digitization, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 units cylinders.

  • Product flow is managed through automatic coding, scanning, and process linking, enabling end-to-end traceability of production progress, quality, energy consumption, and process data.

  • The automated multi-level warehouse and AGV-based intelligent distribution system provide high-density storage with over 1,100 storage locations. By implementing “point of use” material handling and unmanned precise delivery to specific workstations, improving assembly efficiency and logistics accuracy.

Engineering Company

Zhangjiagang CIMC Sanctum Engineering Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhangjiagang CIMC Sanctum Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 100 million yuan.

The company has been professionally engaged for more thank 20 years in engineering equipment and related electrical and instrumentation control services for large and medium-scale cryogenic equipment storage tanks (LNG, LOX/LIN/LAr, ethylene, ethane, propane, propylene, etc.), cluster tanks, spherical tanks. It can offers large-scale LNG storage tanks ranging from 2,000 to 80,000m³, large-scale industrial gas storage tanks ranging from 500 to 10,000 m³, as well as turnkey EPC projects for LNG and air separation units, along with supporting financial services.

Additionally, the company holds qualifications for Class D pressure vessel installation, GC1 and GB1 pressure pipeline installation, petrochemical engineering, and Level II municipal engineering general contracting. Cutting equipment

  1. Ultra-high-precision CNC plasma cutting machine MG27001.30PrK, high-precision CNC plasma cutting machine Procut4000, and SZQG-II.
  2. Large-format laser cutting systems G13030BF-30-H12000 and G25025S-A-H20000.
  3. Capable of cutting plates with dimensions of 120,000 mm × 2,500 mm × (1 mm – 50 mm).

Molding equipment

  1. CNC four-roll plate bending machines: W12CNC-20+2500, W12CNC-25+2000, MCA2020, MCA2024.
  2. Three-roll bending machines W11S-20×3200, W11S-35×2500.
  3. Capable of rolling sheet materials with a maximum width of 2500mm and thickness ranging from 1mm to 35mm.

Welding equipment

  1. Robotic automatic welding system, plasma PAW+TIG welding system, deep-penetration TIG welding system.
  2. Welding processes used include MIG, TIG, SAW, CO2, PAW+TIG, and DP-TIG.
  3. Capable of single-pass welding for materials 12mm and below, and multi-pass welding for materials over 12mm.

Grouping equipment

  1. Tube body assembly machine, 50T-20M, WT200-100T; inner/outer cylinder assembly machine for gas cylinders, 1350-2000L.
  2. Equipped with an inner cylinder having a maximum total weight of 100 tons and a maximum length of 25 meters, for product assembly.

Testing equipment

  1. X-ray 225kV–450kV digital imaging DR inspection system.
  2. Spectroscopic analyzer FOUNDR-MASTER Xpert, handheld alloy analyzer XL2800, microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine HUT106A.
  3. Agilent MR-15 leak detector, Pfeiffer ASM 340 leak detector.

Appearance processing equipment

  1. Dry paint booth: 16,000 mm × 5,000 mm × 5,000 mm; 30,000 mm × 6,000 mm × 6,000 mm.
  2. Painting and drying integrated paint booth: 28,000mm × 8,000mm × 8,000mm, 28,000mm × 6,700mm × 7,000mm.
  3. The maximum diameter of sprayable products is 6,000 mm, and the maximum length is 27,000 mm.

Environmental protection equipment

  1. Paint-spray exhaust gas treatment facility: RTO + zeolite rotor, with a capacity of 220,000 m³/hour; online VOCs monitoring and video surveillance system.
  2. Wastewater treatment facility: 5 m³/hour.

Heating equipment

A 500 m³ displacement heating chamber capable of accommodating products with a maximum length of 32,000 mm, a maximum diameter of 5,800 mm, a maximum height of 6,300 mm, and a maximum product weight of 180 tons.
