The company is a key and major enterprise within the Energy, Chemical, and Food Equipment Division of CIMC Group and is a subsidiary of CIMC ENRIC Holdings Limited (CIMC ENRIC, 3899.HK), with a registered capital of RMB 795 million. The company specializes in the design, manufacture, sales, and technical services of various types of cryogenic liquid storage tanks, trailers, tank containers, cryogenic insulated cylinders, large-scale cryogenic liquid storage tanks, cluster tanks, spherical tanks, and marine fuel storage tanks. It also undertakes turnkey projects for cryogenic engineering projects, including liquefied natural gas (LNG)/ air separation and liquefaction turnkey projects, LNG/L-CNG vehicle refueling stations, LNG regasification stations, and marine bunkering/gas supply systems. The company has achieved fully independent R&D, production, and sales of liquid hydrogen and liquid helium equipment.
As a leading domestic manufacturer of cryogenic storage and transportation equipment, the company holds A3, C2, B4, and D-class special equipment manufacturing licenses; GC1 pressure pipeline and GB1 public pipeline installation licenses; a GC2 pressure pipeline design license; Grade II general contracting qualifications for petrochemical and municipal public works; as well as ASME “U,” “S,” and “T” stamps and NB registration certificates. Additionally, the company has obtained factory approvals from international classification societies such as CCS, BV, DNV, LRs, NK, ABS, and RINA, as well as compliance certifications including the PED and ECE R110 for EU countries. The company has passed management system certifications including ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018.
