CIMC Sanctum Successfully Obtains High-Tech Enterprise Certification

Recently, the Office of the Jiangsu Provincial Certification Authority updated the high-tech enterprise certification status on the High-Tech Enterprise Certification Management Website. CIMC Sunda Yin has once again passed the certification, and Sunda Yin Special Equipment Co., Ltd. has simultaneously been included in the Jiangsu Provincial High-Tech Enterprise Cultivation Database and awarded the title of Jiangsu Provincial High-Tech Enterprise.
To ensure the smooth completion of the high-tech enterprise certification process, the company established the Provincial High-Tech Enterprise Cultivation and Certification Project Team on March 20 of this year. Following the launch of the initiative, the Human Resources and Administration Department took the lead, in close collaboration with the Technology Center, the Financial Management Department, and the auditing firm, to collect and organize extensive documentation covering the past three years on technical capabilities, financial performance, human resources, certifications, awards, quality management, and other relevant areas, which was then compiled into the “Draft Application Materials for High-Tech Enterprise Certification.” These materials were subsequently submitted to the Science and Technology Bureau of the Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone for preliminary review by a panel of experts. During this period, the project team proactively addressed the feedback provided by the experts, undertaking multiple rounds of revisions, supplements, and refinements to the application materials. The final version comprises 2,301 pages, providing a comprehensive overview of Sanctum’s efforts since 2017 to establish and refine systems for R&D management, the implementation and incentive mechanisms for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and related policies. As a result, the company has developed 75 high-tech projects, achieved 45 scientific and technological breakthroughs, secured 8 national standards and 4 industry standards, and obtained a total of 43 patents—including 11 invention patents, 31 utility model patents, and 1 software copyright. Additionally, Sanctum has undertaken three provincial-level or higher projects and received five awards at or above the provincial or ministerial level; 45 of its scientific and technological achievements have been successfully commercialized and put into practical application, thereby fully demonstrating the company’s strength in technological innovation and its robust organizational management capabilities.
The simultaneous successful designation of two of our companies as high-tech enterprises is the result of strong support from company leadership, full cooperation among all relevant departments and personnel, unified efforts across the organization, and a shared commitment to excellence. It also represents a well-deserved recognition of our company’s innovative development over recent years. We anticipate that this designation will enable us to reduce tax liabilities by approximately RMB 50 million over the next three years. Moving forward, we will thoroughly review and distill our experiences, further refine the operational management of our high-tech enterprise status, strengthen our capacity for technological innovation, accelerate the generation and commercialization of technological achievements, and provide even stronger assurance for our future re-certification.
