⑴ After the cutting of prefabricated components such as the base slab, arch crown slab, pressure ring, and wall lining panels is completed, identification labels shall be transferred to these components.
⑵ For the external pre-assembly construction of the dome and the pressure-bearing ring, the Suzhou LNG storage tank manufacturer notes that environmental factors should also be taken into account, and specific measures for winter and rainy seasons should be formulated.
⑶ When assembling the bottom plate edge panels, thermal corner protection wall panels, inner tank wall panels, and other components, counter-deformation measures shall be implemented.

⑺ After welding, the welds shall be visually inspected; prior to inspection, slag, spatter, and other contaminants must be thoroughly removed. Inspection marks shall be clearly applied at the weld locations, detailed records shall be maintained, and inspection shall be reported accordingly.
⑻ The inner and outer surfaces of the vertical and circumferential seams of the inner tank shell plates shall be ground smooth.
⑼ 100% RT inspection shall be performed on the butt joints of the inner tank edge plates, the welds of the shell plates, and the butt joints of the stiffening rings, among others.
⑽ All weld scars on the steel plates must be ground smooth, subjected to PT inspection, and clearly marked on the layout drawing.
⑾ The heat batch number for all steel plates shall be specifically recorded on the layout drawing.
⑿ During the water-filling test, it must be verified that there are no leaks in the inner wall panel welds and that the annular concrete ring beam is free of cracks except at the construction joints.
⒀ The contents of tank settlement monitoring include settlement monitoring of the tank’s outer wall, as well as measurements of differential inclination and settlement between the outer wall panels. The elevation difference in settlement between the inner and outer tanks is determined using temporarily installed monitoring points.
⒁ The storage tank shall be subjected to positive and negative pressure tests.
