(1) Project Name: Technical Renovation Project for Cryogenic Pressure Vessels at Zhangjiagang CIMC Sanctum Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd.;

(4) Project Overview: Zhangjiagang CIMC Sanctum Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd. primarily manufactures cryogenic pressure vessels. However, in response to increasingly stringent market requirements and the company’s own development needs, its existing production processes and pollutant-control measures no longer meet the demands of the CNC hoop-bending machine market or the company’s internal growth objectives. Consequently, the company has engaged Jiangsu Jiuqing Jiulan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct the environmental impact assessment for the “Technical Renovation Project for Cryogenic Pressure Vessels at Zhangjiagang CIMC Sanctum Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd.” Upon completion of the project, the production capacity will remain unchanged: 1,000 cryogenic tank trucks per year, 2,000 cryogenic tank containers per year, and 500 shell-manufacturing units per year.
