Cryogenic storage tanks play a pivotal role in China’s semiconductor industry, providing essential cryogenic support for manufacturing while contributing to the sector’s efficient, green, and sustainable development.
Recently, CIMC Sanctum shipped six large-scale cryogenic storage tanks for industrial gases to TSMC’s new manufacturing facility in Kaohsiung, Taiwan Province. This project marks TSMC’s first production base employing 2-nanometer process technology, which places extremely stringent demands on the stability of the production environment—requirements that cryogenic storage tanks help to meet in an indispensable way.
Cryogenic storage tanks are among Sunda’s core product lines.
