(4) Maintain a safe following distance from the vehicle ahead; in adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, or ice and snow, increase this distance. If a vehicle begins to skid, avoid making sudden steering movements.
⑸ Pay attention to getting adequate rest, maintain a clear mind at all times, and avoid driving while fatigued.
(6) Stopping and speeding are prohibited on special sections of the expressway, such as tunnels, bridges, and water source protection areas. In addition, vehicles must not pass through tunnels longer than 500 meters.
